"There was nothing we didn't like about the Hotel. The whole hotel has had a massive upgrade / renovation and for the cost of the accommodation, it represents top value.

Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning)."
"The room was great, very clean and spacious, nicely furnished. We booked for 4 adults but the room that was booked for us was for 3 adults and 1 child. The staff was able to sort it out promptly by offering us another room, however something that might be worth calling about for the future. Breakfast was great, and in very good location!"
"The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate.
