"We had a wonderful stay at the flat. Check in and out was very easy. Alex was fast to communicate with for any questions during the stay. The flat was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent. We were walking distance to everything. I would stay there again!"

"great service by Alan in communication with details prior to the stay. He was present at the time of check in and was friendly and gave us details as required. overall stay was great with location being perfect for us to stroll by the beach and other amenities. apart from the water pressure not being great we enjoyed our stay at the property.It was very spacious and clean and well maintained. Highly recommended."

"Our stay in Bridgend at the Cartref house was spectacular. We are three women in our 60/70's visiting Wales using public transportation. The Cartref house is close to the bus and train stations so we were able to travel all over south Wales. We were so happy at the end of the day when we got back to our lovely Bridgend home. And it truly was a home. Everything we needed was supplied. On warm days we rested in a gorgeous garden and on cold evenings we enjoyed a fireplace and central heating. The...

"Passamos o Natal em família. Casal e 3 adolescentes. *localização: excelente, próximo a vários restaurantes e centros de atividades. *atendimento excelente, todos os funcionários são muito gentis principalmentea Loreta e a Leonice. *SPA muito bom, organizado e limpo. *quartos limpos, confortáveis e bem equipados. Ressalva: nosso unico ponto de reclamação foi a cozinha fechar as 21 hrs. Reservamos o restaurante para as 21 hrs na noite de Natal e quando chegamos fomos obrigados a pedir todos os pratos rápido porque a cozinha fecharia as 21 hrs. Isso nos deixou bem chateados na noite de Natal. Mas o hotel em si merece nota excelente."
