This stunning Michiana executive home has been recently updated and designer decorated. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind in total privacy, while minutes to all the excitement the shores of Lake Michigan have to offer. An ideal location for family/friend gatherings. We do allow small events for an additional fee. This home has over 6000 sq ft with 6 bedrooms & 4 baths. Sleeps 24. Near wineries, shopping, casino, restaurants, & farm markets. Access to Stop 31 beach in Long Beach.

Features include a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, 2 masters, living room, TV room. The open loft has a pool/air hockey table, ping-pong, and kids` arts and crafts area. Hang out in the screened-in porch or back deck overlooking the vast yard, small lake and woods. Bird watch & wait for the deer to appear or wander the 22 acres and discover the hidden cabin. Fish in the small lake on the property directly behind the house. Roast marshmallows on the bonfire pit under the stars.

Main level:
3 car garage and large parking area leading into large mudroom with storage. Massive kitchen with large island. Large living room with fireplace is open to the kitchen and has 2 French doors that open to the backyard. Off the living room is a cozy living area with TV, comfy couches. The dining room seats 10 & is just off the kitchen. Full bath with stand up shower is just off the kitchen as well.

Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, private entrance, seating area, fireplace, ceiling fan, & luxurious private bath with double sinks, oversized jetted tub, separate stand up shower, heated towel bars, & walk-in closet.

Main level bedroom # 2 has queen bed. Full modern black and white renovated bathroom right next to this bedroom.

Main level bedroom #3 has a queen bed with a work office space in the room.

Upper level:
2 separate sets of stairs lead to the upper level loft with fun and games galore. Pool/air hockey table, ping pong table, classic jukebox with everyone’s favorites, arts & crafts area, cushioned window seats for reading and daydreaming while gazing at the amazing views.

King suite upstairs with full bathroom with tub/shower. Sitting area over looking beautiful grounds. Around the hall where bathroom in located a back open area with 2 bunk beds and pack and play are located. Each bunk bed has double beds on the bottom and single beds on the top. Brand new pack and play set up in this area. This is a perfect room for an entire family with young children but the bunk beds have luxury mattress`s that are comfortable for adults as well.

Two bedrooms on the other side of the loft share a Jack & Jill bathroom with sliding doors on both ends, double sinks and private common shower area. Ideal for families with tweens & teens.

The 2nd upper level bedroom has 2 bunk beds with full size lower bed & twin upper bed & the coolest walk-in closet ever with a hidden area in the back for fort building, puppet shows and hide & seek.

The 3rd upper level bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. Plenty of room for spreading out. It has the other side of the Jack & Jill bathroom and offers easy access to keep an eye on the kids.

Exterior:
3 car garage with a large parking area has a basketball hoop and easy turn around. The front of the house overlooks the massive & private front yard and has a grand covered porch for bird watching and sipping coffee.

The backyard has a wonderful enclosed porch that seats 8 & always has a nice breeze with a ceiling fan. The views of the private lake, fire pit and woods are breathtaking and you are completely secluded. Adjacent to the enclosed porch is an open deck area for sunning and relaxing. Great seating with comfortable couch & Adirondack chairs, it is off the main living area and opening the 2 sets of French doors turns the area into a massive entertainment area.

There is the cutest little cabin just a short walk from the house and is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face. 21 acres of private lake & wooded trails are all yours to fish, wander, & explore.

Deeded access to Stop 31 Beach on Lake Michigan shoreline in Long Beach, Indiana. Minutes to shopping, restaurants, wineries & breweries, golf, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, Harbor Country, Galien River, New Buffalo playground & splash pad, Michigan City Zoo, Blue Chip & Four Winds Casinos. Easy access to Southshore & Amtrak train, expressway & tollroad, 30 minutes to Notre Dame, 60 minutes to Chicago.

1. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules and are the sole responsible of the guest.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The Maximum number of guest in the home is limited to 22 Persons unless approved by the owner.
3. Additional overnight guest are not allowed without the expressed written agreement of owners and may be subject to additional per person rental fee.
4. Please be aware that this is not a “PARTY HOUSE.” Please enjoy yourself, create wonderful memories and take care of our home we love.
5. SMOKING/VAPING allowed outside only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you should move anything around please put it back where it was. RESPECTFULLY WHEN MOVING ANY FURNITURE PLEASE LIFT THE FURNITURE SO THAT IT DOES NOT SCRATCH THE FLOORS.
7. We make every effort to maintain an immaculate home for you to enjoy. In an effect to keep the carpets and floors clean and free from tons of sand we ask that you remove shoes before entering.
8. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s peace and quiet.
9. Everything in the home and garage is available for your use. Please take care of our fun things for you to enjoy and please return them where they belong before you leave. 10. The home is privately owned; the home owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite.
