The kitchen is fully stocked and then some. It is the perfect place to host a summer BBQ or winter holiday feast. Cooks will love the professional grade 6 burner Thermador range, KitchenAid appliances, and ample counter space. Included in the living area is enough table seating to accommodate multiple families.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Pull up a seat on the back porch under the awning and twinkling party lights as you listen to the waterfall park across the way. The rear deck also provides both charcoal and gas grills for cooking and eating al fresco. This space provides a smooth, natural transition and shared space between the guest and main house. Be sure to soak away in the perfectly relaxing hot tub.

Summer Wind rents with a 7 night minimum with check-in and check-out on Sunday in peak season mid-June to mid-August.
