Beautifully decorated, smoke-free house located in Sheridan Beach.

4 bedroom and 2 bathroom (plus beach shower) beach house just steps away from the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan.
Main floor - king bedroom, queen bedroom, bathroom, large sun porch with futon and table, living room with two couches and fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and family room with spacious couch.
Lower level - queen bedroom, two bunk beds (sleeps 4), bathroom, large living room with sleeper sofa and comfy over sized couch, beach shower, and laundry room.

Coming up from the beach is easy with a rinse off area outside the house. Enjoy keyless entry to the so it makes accessing the house a breeze!

Large 3 tiered deck with 6 person table, 4 sun chaises, plus 2 swivel/rocking chairs and a loveseat glider.

50" 4k smart TV that includes Hulu for your viewing enjoyment. Log into your own TV account and have access to your favorite programs. Unlimited wireless data. Plus 32" smart TV in the family room and another TV in the lower level.

Washer/Dryer for your use.

Private driveway parking for 3 SUVs or 4 cars. There is plenty of public parking by the house, but it gets busy around weekends and holidays.

Have fun at the beach using the boogie boards and sand toys. Please bring your own beach towels, cooler, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. if needed.

There is a charcoal grill for your use. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter.

Toaster oven and air fryer combo.

Outdoor basketball goal.

Perfect for families. Sleeps 10 in beds, 2 on sleeper sofa, 5 on other couches/futon for a total of 17.

Lovely home right off the beach

Perfect beach house

This is our third stay in the house, and weā€™ve had a great experience each time. There is room for extended family to stay together but still have plenty of space. The kids love the basement tv setup and the adults especially enjoy the back porch. Christy is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions!

Spacious and cozy

Stellar location close to the beach on Lake Michigan. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 5 kids and a dog. Cute decor throughout the house, and the stash of beach toys was helpful. Front room gets the early evening sun and was a favorite hangout spot before we walked to the beach to watch the sunset. Splendid!

Great summer house

We were 3 generations - teens, adults, and grandparents. The house was spacious and fit us all with a nice dining area and outdoor patio. The neighborhood is nice and has easy access to the beach and also the restaurants and amenities in Michigan City. Check-in and check-out was super easy and it was easy to communicate with the owner via the VRBO app. We had no issues.

Heaven on earth

The home is so comfortable, we had 3 generations, and everyone had space to be alone, and space to all be together. We rent a house every year to have family time, THIS house we have rented twice and plan to go back!! it is so clean, comfortable beds, deck is amazing, very well stocked kitchen, very short path to the beautiful beach. So peaceful and lovely!! Christy is an awesome hostess, so helpful and kind!! We made so many beautiful family memories!! Thank you, Christy, for sharing your beautiful home!!!!!

Cute little beach house

Everything from start to finish was great. The property host was very responsive and extremely helpful. The house was cute, clean and as pictured. The beach was just a short walk away. The views were amazing. We went to Dune Billieā€™s Cafe for breakfast and it was good. It had a great atmosphere, the food was good, and they had live music. This property is a short distance from the zoo and outlet mall. If youā€™re looking for a great coffee place, check out ā€œFluidā€.

Nice house with a great location

We picked this house due to the walking distance to the beach. The house is older but kept up well and clean. The floors smell like they had just been Polyurethaned so there was a strong smell from that drying. Neighbors were a little concerning as one house across the street looked abandoned. Three mattresses were sitting at the curb next door for trash day. Overall the stay was good and the neighborhood around the house was walkable.

Great spot for a family get-together

The house was a great size for our 3 generation family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone, and lots of different hang-out spaces to be together. It is super close to the beach. We came in the off season and so didn't get to enjoy the big deck, but it looked like a lovely space for relaxing. The host's communication was excellent and very helpful. We'd definitely recommend this place!

Most relaxing Thanksgiving ever!

With 25 years of celebrating Thanksgiving together, this was the most relaxing one yet. Perfect late fall weather made the location on the beach incredible! The house was cozy, comfortable, and fit us just right. We used the fireplace and the deck, the "kids" who are no longer kids at all totally enjoyed the bunk room, we cooked and laughed, played silly games and made plans, and enjoyed time together in beautiful Sheridan Beach.

Bachelor Party Weekend

Stayed here over the weekend for a bachelor party. The property is nice and there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. There is plenty to do around the city and the lake of course was great! I would stay again.

Life is a Beach

Great family vacation at this lovely home, only a short walk from the beach. There was plenty of room, and a great enclosed deck for little kids to roam. They allowed pets, which let us bring a dog to share the family time. The only downside was the HOT weather! Highly recommend this property and location.

Perfect location

We had our family of 10, 8 adults and our 2 grandchildren along for this trip. The house is very spacious with sitting areas in multiple spots for private time amongst couples if required. The deck was a great hangout spot for everyone. The home had everything we couldā€™ve ask for. Our favorite thing about the house was how close it was to the beach. Itā€™s a short,(5min) walk through a sand dune to get there. If you donā€™t have small children walking you could get there in 2 min! The owner and myself had open communication and she responded within minutes if I had a question. We really appreciate the hospitality and already looking at dates for next summer!

Perfect short walk to the beach!

Our favorite part staying at this home was how close it was to the beach! ā˜€ļø šŸ–ļø Our host stayed in contact with us and we enjoyed our stay. We noticed that there were small factors (lack of toilet paper, wobbly chairs, hard to lock patio door) that needed improvement but overall we greatly enjoyed staying in this home with wonderful friends.
