Beautiful 6 bedroom house with a coach house that has a kitchenette, living room and 1 bedroom. There is a bar in the house with a large counter top to play games on or relax and enjoy a drink . Beautifully decorated with sea glass color on the first floor with a bunk room in the basement that sleeps 6. This is our second large house we own in Beachwalk.

We have perfected the ultimate vacation house for your family. The basement also has a sport room where kids can play ball or floor hockey. The floor and wall are padded like a workout center. Upstairs is 4 bedrooms and 2 of them are master bedrooms. 1 bedroom on the first floor and bunk room in the basement that sleeps 6. The coach house has 1 bedroom and a kitchenette.

We are family owned homes and we all have all vacationed enough together to come up with the perfect house. We try to please the little kids up to grandma and grandpa. The addition of the coach house is a great idea if there is a small family, couple or grandma and grandpa want to get a break from the main house.

1 bunk room with a twin over full with a trundle bunk
Loft area with a balcony. There is an area with a small table and chairs for little kids to use and some toys.

BASEMENT:
1 large bunk room with 2 bunks with twin over full with twin trundles
Sport room where you can play ball indoors - how great is that parents on rainy days for the kids!
The walls and floor have the same material as a gym.

COACH HOUSE:
1 bedroom with a kitchenette.

GOLF CART, BEACH CHAIRS ALL AVAILABLE TO YOU.
The beautiful Lake Michigan is 3/4 miles away. You can take the golf cart to the gold cart parking and enjoy the beach. There is a community pool to enjoy. Lake Kai has free paddle boarding and kayaking. Tennis courts, 2 parks and basketball courts to enjoy.


LAKE MICHIGAN:
We are 1/2 mile to the lake. Take the golf cart and park it at the Beachwalk golf cart parking. It is a short walk on a boardwalk to the lake. Enjoy pristine beautiful beaches and miles of walking shore.

BEACHWALK RESORT: It has so much to offer all in 1 community for your family, girls weekend, scrapbooking, guys weekend to enjoy. There is a pool, tennis courts, basketball and Lake Kai to entertain you. There is also a ice cream and coffee shop in Beachwalk. Your group will make so many lasting memories here.

SURROUNDING AREA: There is so much to do, there is the outlet mall 5 minutes away, zoo and a Washington Park all 5 minutes away. Venture to New Buffalo, Mi about 15 minutes away to rent a boat or a jet ski. There is tons of restaurants, shops and plenty of bike trails to enjoy.
