Welcome to The Talk House & The Fireplace Inn, a spacious and beautifully refreshed main & guest house combination at Beachwalk Resort! Newly refreshed in January 2025 under new ownership, this classic retreat now features fresh paint, new decking, smart TVs, and the addition of a convenient golf cart for your use. Formerly known as Vacation Station & Bus Stop, these homes offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay, including wheelchair access to the main house and multiple wrap-around decks.

TALK HOUSE: The main level boasts an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, offering plenty of space for everyone to gather. The large dining table and counter seating accommodate up to 14 people. Step out onto the expansive decks from the living room or kitchen to enjoy the fresh air and views.
FIREPLACE INN: After a day of outdoor adventures, step inside The Fireplace Inn to unwind. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, whether you cook inside or use the natural gas grill on the patio. The living room offers a warm fireplace for cooler nights and a television for relaxed evenings. Plush bedding ensures a restful night’s sleep so you can wake up refreshed and ready for another day of fun. The Fireplace Inn has it's own deck & grill.

Outdoor Gathering Space
Make the most of the generous deck space for outdoor relaxation or family dinners prepared on the natural gas grill. The wrap-around decks provide ample seating and a welcoming space to soak up the resort's charm. The Fireplace Inn has it's own small deck & grill.

Parking
The driveway accommodates up to 5 cars, with nearby overflow parking available for additional vehicles. The guest house can accommodate an additional car, for a total of 6 parking space at the property.

Must be 25+ years old to reserve and stay.

Resort Amenities
Enjoy all the fantastic amenities Beachwalk Resort has to offer, including a heated 4-ft pool*, toddler pool, basketball and tennis courts*, bocce ball, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddleboarding and kayaking*, and catch-and-release fishing. Please note that wristbands ($15 each) and parking passes ($5 each) are required for all guests aged 4 and older from mid-May through September. Some amenities are only open seasonally.
