We are new to Vrbo but not new to hosting, we are experienced hosts without the title.
Located in the heart of Michigan City, Indiana, on a seldom traveled street, this home offers you the best of both worlds. Your 3.5 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan, 3 miles from Lighthouse Outlet Mall, 10 miles from Indiana Dunes National Park, 20 minutes to New Buffalo Michigan. This home is tucked away on a side road in a safe neighborhood where you can take your dog for a walk or let your kids ride their bikes. The home features 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. The Laundry area is located in the basement of the property. Please no more then 8 adults allowed in property during your stay at anytime. Entire home is focused on the upstairs of the residence and the laundry area in the basement.
This home is located in a neighborhood with children, we must insist that guests respect the environment of the property.
If what your looking for in a vacation rental is a place where your young children or teenagers are safe to explore the neighborhood, take your pet for a walk, play in the back yard, ext, while still allowing for adult quality time this property is for you!
If you’re looking for a property to have loud gatherings or a party like environment that lasts till the wee hours of the morning, this is not the correct property to book. There is free parking in the driveway ( 2 automobiles fit easily), in the garage (single car ) and in the front of the home (off street)
We welcome responsible pet parents, the back yard is fenced in, and has a nice deck for you to sit on while your pet gets some exercise in the yard. We furnish pet toys, a leash, pet bed, and treats for your pet.
