It is well suited to families, tradespeople and anyone traveling for work in the Odenwald.The 65 m² apartment offers an open-plan living and dining area with a round dining table and a smart TV, as well as a kitchen with a cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, making it just as suitable for a leisurely dinner as for a quick breakfast. The bedroom has a large bed, and the sofa bed in the living area provides space for additional guests. The bathroom, with a shower and slate tiles, has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which is handy for longer stays. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are provided. From the windows, you can look out over the grounds of the Kammfabrik on one side and over green spaces on the other.Michelstadt train station is nearby, and a large supermarket is within walking distance. This makes shopping and arriving without a car easy.Good to know: the apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. A private parking space is located right in front of the building. You reach the apartment via a metal staircase; inside, there are wide doorways and no thresholds. Self check-in is available from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and parties and events are not allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
