"Hotel was full and no maintenance on staff or available- we were just told “sorry” about a toilet that didn’t work. Stopped serving /restocking breakfast 45 min before people were told at check in it would end."

"We were first shown a room where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, towels all over the floor, etc. Just very obvious. We switched rooms. The young man on shift that night (it was after midnight) was very helpful. The next day we went to a concert and came back in a wave. About 25 people stood in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting on someone to help us with a variety of things. Some people were trying to check in, some just wanted a towel, some needed a pillow, some wanted to purchase snacks....

"The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door.
