"Gorgeous cosy cottage with stunning views over the Uig sands. 3 generous double bedrooms, very well stocked kitchen including a double air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, good WiFi. 2 minute walk to access the lagoon of Uig sands, we swam everyday. It’s a remote tiny village which really helps you get away from it all, but lots to do around the place, we did some lovely hikes, seatrek boat tour, visiting Luskentyre beach, and Butt of Lewis lighthouse. Loads of wildlife and saw...

"The house overlooks Loch Erisort in a beautiful, quiet setting. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished with a better equipped kitchen than is found in many rental properties. We found it a good location for visiting Stornoway, the west coast of Lewis, and Harris. The local area to the south and east is also worth exploring. We had a meal at the local hotel which was pleasant, but, we thought pretty expensive, so wouldn’t really recommend that. "

"We had an amazing week in this very special place - a beautiful location. The house is spotlessly clean and fitted out to a very high spec. This is the best rental property we have ever stayed in and Marie could not have done more to make us feel very welcome and at home. A real gem - we shall be regular returners!"

"Beautiful location, well laid out and up to date property. Fully stocked for all eventualities. Warm welcome from host, appreciated bottle of wine! Lots of things to do in the area, we were so busy we couldn't find time to spark up the hot tub, alas. All in all, a fabulous week. The agency website doesn't do sufficient justice to the property."
