"We had a wonderful stay of one week in this absolute lovely house whith its overwhelming surrounding landcape. Such a good atmosphere, very cosy and very welcoming. We enjoyed hikes and walks and sightseeing in the region, best informed by the leaflets and maps in the house. "The house overlooks Loch Erisort in a beautiful, quiet setting. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished with a better equipped kitchen than is found in many rental properties. We found it a good location for visiting Stornoway, the west coast of Lewis, and Harris. The local area to the south and east is also worth exploring. We had a meal at the local hotel which was pleasant, but, we thought pretty expensive, so wouldn’t really recommend that. "

"We had an amazing week in this very special place - a beautiful location. The house is spotlessly clean and fitted out to a very high spec. This is the best rental property we have ever stayed in and Marie could not have done more to make us feel very welcome and at home. A real gem - we shall be regular returners!"
