"There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst."

"We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. "Safe neighborhood. Well maintained house. House was built around 1915. All 3 bedrooms are up a flight of fairly steep stairs. The main floor stayed a comfortable temperature all week.
