The problems that we encountered during our stay SHOULD have been addressed and rectified long before our arrival for our family vacation. Our family should not have had to deal with any of the ongoing issues on our vacation. Everything from dealing with multiple repair people coming and going, to our having to run to stores multiple times to buy basic necessities that should have been provided with the home, to multiple appliances being broken, missing, or not functional. This list is beyond staggering and shocking! Here is just a few of the items we had to deal with:Smoke detector missing in ceiling by kitchen- only open wires hanging from ceilingNo carbon monoxide detectorNo Saran / plastic Wrap- we had to buyNo Aluminum foilNo Bath Towels No wash clothes in any of the bathroomsNo pool towelsOnly 3 clothes hangers for home that is supposed to sleep 15 guestsNo bed pillow for bedsNo pillow cases for bed pillowsNo metal Baking sheets for pizza/cookies-we had to buyKitchen sink has no water pressureNo Pot holders for removing hot pans from ovenNo kitchen towels for drying dishesNo hand soap at any of the sinks-we had to buyWe had to buy large pack of paper towel and toilet paper to accommodate our stayNo Steak Knifes for cutting our meat/food on plates for meals-had to use fingers list continues.....
