This condo is in Sunny Isles Beach, just a quick 20 minute drive from the Fort Lauderdale Airport and about 30 minutes from Miami Beach. The neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stay, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops only a short walk away.
The building offers a comfortable beachside lifestyle with 24 hour security, a fitness center, a convenience market in the lobby, and a private beach entrance for easy ocean access.
Your apartment is on the 11th floor and features a private balcony with partial ocean and city views.
Inside you will find:

• A comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room
• Two TVs (Smart TV in the living room and cable TV in the bedroom)
• Beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels
• High speed Wi Fi
• A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, tableware, and utensils for longer stays
• Access to the pool, gym, and beach using the provided FOB key
• A full bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, towels, hand soap, body wash, and paper essentials
House Rules
We want all guests to feel welcome and respected. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or end a stay if a guest is rude or discourteous toward the host or building staff. Harassment or verbal abuse will lead to an immediate end of the reservation.
Early Check Ins
Early check ins are not guaranteed. Regular check in time is 3:00 p.m. Please message us in advance if you would like to request one. If we are able to approve it, we will be happy to help.
Late Checkouts
Late checkouts must be requested before departure. If you stay past 11:00 a.m. without approval, a fee equal to one full night will apply.
Complaints
If something is not right with cleanliness, amenities, or the property, please reach out right away. By notifying us, you agree to allow our cleaning or maintenance team to enter if needed to resolve the issue.
Damages
If anything breaks or gets damaged, please let us know immediately. If the repair or replacement is more than 12 dollars, the cost will be billed to you. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or building. If the building issues any fines due to rule violations, the guest is responsible for covering them.
Air Conditioning
The air conditioning must stay on at all times. Please keep it set between 70 and 78 F on Auto Mode to prevent humidity and mold. Failure to follow this rule may result in a fine.
Maintenance
Some services depend on the building’s schedule. Non emergency requests such as lightbulbs or blinds will be handled as soon as possible. Urgent issues are always the priority.
Cleanliness
This is a private condo and daily housekeeping is not included. We provide a small starter supply of paper products. Guests agree to wash dishes and cookware, wipe counters, clean the stove and oven, clean spills, empty the fridge, and take out the trash and recycling. Cleaning tools such as a vacuum, mop, and broom are available for your use. Please leave the unit in good condition.
Valuables
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please secure your valuables.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Occupancy and Registered Guests
Maximum occupancy is five guests. All guests must be listed before arrival. Any undeclared guests will incur a fee of 50 dollars per day. If more than six people occupy the unit, the reservation may be canceled without refund.
Prohibited Activities
No smoking or vaping inside the condo. A 500 dollar fine applies.
No parties or gatherings with undeclared guests.
No illegal substances or weapons of any kind. Active law enforcement officers required to carry a service weapon are exempt.
Purpose of Stay
This property is for short term use only. The unit may not be used as a permanent home. The address cannot be used on any identification or documentation. Please do not bring additional furniture.
Violations
Any violation of these rules may lead to fines or an immediate end to the stay.
