The space
Includes 2 Smart TVs, wifi, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 4 beach towels, 1 cooler, linens, bedding, towels, and everything you need to make your vacation unique.

The building with resort-style amenities located across the street from the beach, right next to Heritage Park offers parking, a heated pool, a fitness center, a mini supermarket, hair salon, children's playroom, tennis court, and coffee shop. The condo association will charge a registration fee of $40 at your check-in. Paying this fee they'll provide you with two key fobs to have access to all the areas and it will authorize you to use all condo amenities. Have a car? No problem, parking is FREE. To use the assigned parking space make sure to provide your vehicle information at the time of check-in and get a Valid Parking Pass. Once inside the unit, you'll see a gate clicker to access the parking lot. At your check-out make sure to leave the gate clicker on the key holder inside the unit.

We will send a text including the code to the lockbox or electronic deadbolt and wifi password. We provide a starter kit of supplies only (paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap). If you think you will need more than what is provided, please make sure to bring some with you. The condominium has strict occupancy regulations and we must and will adhere to them. Please abide by the maximum (4 guests).

NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, and NO PETS inside the apartment. Violators will be fined $500.00
