A newly remodeled house inspired by the beautiful island of Santorini, with great amenities & accommodates 10 guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 3 sofa beds (2 single sofabeds in the living room and one double sofabed in the game room). Large outdoor patio with pool, BBQ, and outdoor dining table.

The house is fully equipped with fast WIFI and Smart TVs. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation with your friends and family.

The Greek House has a beautiful patio & pool. This single-story property can accommodate more than 8 and will offer all the comfort and amenities you need for a quiet and fun family vacation in Miami. We speak English and Spanish.

Located in Miami in a very quiet neighborhood near the Airport (25 min by car).

Great restaurants around 10 min.

To make sure that you have all that you need, we have provided:

★ Extra set of clean sheets for the couchs.
★ Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
★ 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.
(Once used, the guest is responsible to replenish for their own use.)
★ Coffee machine.
★Airfryer
★ Eating utensils.
★ Plates and bowls.
★ Pots and pans.
★ 4 Smart TVs.
★ Washer and dryer.
★Kettle
★ Dishwasher.
★Oven.

A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside of this home, and no pets or parties are allowed. A minimum fee of $500 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

Parking is right in front of the house and can accommodate up to 2 cars, depending on size.

The pool is always cleaned Thursday evenings or Friday mornings.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS DETAILS:
- All bedrooms included plenty of pillows, sheets, and blankets.
- Toiletries will be found in all bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap)

BEDROOM 1: Queen-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and hallway bathroom.

BEDROOM 2: King-size bed, closet, and bathroom accessible from the hallway.

BEDROOM 3: King-size bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, bathroom accessible from the bedroom.

BEDROOM 4: Game Room - pool view Sofa bed and Smart TV.

To ensure an easy check-in we have smart locks that allow you to access the house with your unique code and for safety reasons, we provide detailed entry instructions the morning of arrival. Three private parking spots are available in front of the house.

Guests are going to be able to access the entire house including the outdoor amenities like the patio and pool. The house will be private for them during their stay.

You're welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out, but this is not guaranteed please let us know ahead of time.

Check-in time is at 4 pm
Check-out time is at 11 am

I am always available, you can text me or call me at any time during your stay.
I am normally in the area so if needed I could always be at the unit in a short amount of time.

The Greek house is located in Dade County, in Everglades. This community is located along the southeast tip of the Florida peninsula. It is bounded by Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean to the east, Everglades National Park to the west, the Florida Keys to the south, and Broward County to the North.

Centrally located to reach:

- Coral Gables (13 min by car).
- Dolphin mall - International mall - Dadeland mall (11 min by car).
- Beautiful beaches in South Beach (25 min by car).
- Wynwood /Midtown (25 min by car).
- Design District (25 min by car).
- Brickell /Downtown (26 min by car).
- Doral (12 min by car).

Our purpose is for you to have a wonderful experience, and we appreciate that you help us to have a wonderful place. Please:

- Be respectful to neighbors.
- No loud music on the patio or pool area.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Parties are not allowed.
Please read the house rules prior to booking, upon request it confirms that you have reviewed these simple rules.

★ Do not move any furniture and please place all electronics in the location where they were found.

★ No smoking allowed and an extra cleaning fee up to $500 to remove odor and stains will apply.

★ Inventory is taken prior to your arrival and after check out, if anything is missing this will result in a loss of security deposit.

★ No parties, guests will be responsible for cleaning costs along with the loss of the security deposit fee.

★ Early Check-in and late Check-out is an additional fee (depending on availability).

★ Please treat the space with respect.

★ No urinating in the pool or outside of the surrounding house, will be a charge of a minimum of $500.

★ Be also mindful of our neighbors as well as city rules by keeping the sound/music low after 10 pm. Any complaints reported by the neighbors will be followed by an extra fee or an immediate expulsion of you and your guests without a refund.

★ We will be sending you a message the night before checkout to remember to check-out at 11 am.
