This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage parking available for 1 vehicle.

• Portable crib provided.

• Minimum stay of 30 days and a background check required.

• Guests will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival. PS FOB for each adult and child 15 +
