Other things to note
To pay at Front Desk:
Building administration charges a $30 USD Amenity Access Fee for a Key FOB (the $30 fee per stay is for every two people older than 14 years old). This FOB is required and allows you access to two heated pools, a gym, a business center, and a cafe market. Guests must wear a condo bracelet.

Parking is not included in the rental price. If you intend to bring a vehicle, there is a $20 USD parking pass deposit (payable by cash only) at check-in. Additionally, parking fees are also payable at check-in (payable by credit card only) and are:
$100: Up to 1 week
$125: Up to 2 weeks
$150: Up to 3 weeks
$175: Up to 1 month
