The property itself was very clean. The location was great. It was extremely difficult to get a response from the owner. I even had to use VRBO support to help me. Initially the TV did not work. Finally someone assisted me in getting it to work. They should not have bothered. There were dozens of channels. Not a single local channel among them. The reason I was given for the TV not working was that the cabinet beside the TV was blocking the signal!! I was there for a vacation, but had some work to do remotely. I was unable to do anything. IF I managed to connect to their WIFI, it was never on for more than 10 minutes. So much for getting my briefs filed!! I tried contacting the number I was given for assistance and did not hear anything for 2 days. I paid over $3000 for this rental for a week. Everything should have been working perfectly. In choosing a rental I chose this one based on everything they claimed was included in the rent. You need to bring your own tissues or buy them once you arrive. No coffee maker. It's a shame because I am in Miami Beach several times a year and would return to this apartment if the technology issues were resolved. Also, beware, the price you are quoted per night is not for the whole week. The nightly price DOUBLED on Friday and Saturday. Quoted price was not actually what you end up paying per night. The young woman, Taylor, the only one you have contact with, was absolutely a sweetheart. She tried to do her best. She told me I was not the first person to complain about the lack of internet!!
