The space
Its cool tile floors, top-of-the-line kitchen, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and 3 smart TV 65-inch flat screen with internet cable make it that much easier to take a break from the sun. Bayside Haven has free parking for three cars. All three bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, and blow dryers.

under no circumstance are parties allowed on this property or excessive noise. any complaints or code enforcement coming out to property guest will be asked to leave and reservation forfeited.

Body wash/shampoo in all our showers

We want to take this time to go over the linens provided for daily use, expectations, as well as the extra service provided.

There is a pre-determined number of bath towels, pool towels, and washcloths/ hand towels left in each home. Enough linens are provided for our guests for their stay. Detergent is also provided that can be used to wash these towels during their stay. We understand that guests may not want to be burdened with washing and drying linens during their travels, but this is an stay, not a hotel with a 24 hour service.

We are offering an extra service for those guests who prefer more linens. For a $50 charge, we will deliver 7 white towels, 7 pool towels, 6 hand towels, and the old linens will be picked up. We really appreciate your patronage and wish to provide you with the tools to make your stay absolutely perfect.
