Ideal for couples, solo travelers, business trips, weekend escapes, and extended stays in Downtown Miami.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire residence, including the kitchen, bathroom, sleeping and living area, washer/dryer, and all in-unit features. Registered guests may also enjoy available E11EVEN Residences amenities, including the fitness center, pool, beach club, co-working spaces, resident lounges, and shared common areas. Check-in is completed through the building’s front desk after required guest registration is completed before arrival.

E11EVEN Residences is a brand-new 2026 building. This studio has an open layout with no separate bedroom and is best suited for 1–2 guests. Smoking is prohibited and violations are subject to a $500 fine. Pets are not permitted. Quiet hours apply on residential floors. On-site valet is $60 overnight with in/out privileges or $35 for up to 6 hours, paid directly to valet. Street parking and private garages may also be available within about two blocks.
