The Space:
This spacious 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m) property, located in a luxury boutique complex, offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. Recently renovated with high-end furniture and appliances, it features a sophisticated modern Art Deco design, ideal for a relaxing stay.

The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to two wrap-around terraces, offering breathtaking sunrise and sunset views.

Elegant marble floors flow throughout, complementing the open space and a sleek quartz island countertop, creating an inviting atmosphere. The property’s prime location further enhances the experience, making it the perfect place to unwind.

And just a short ride to Miami Downtown, Brickell, and the up-and-coming and fashionable Wynwood.

We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner & toilet paper. However, these are not replenished.

The rooms at this complex have different owners, and some rentals are run by outside agencies and not by the owner themselves. Just keep this in mind when you are inquiring or making requests about something at the property.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged at an additional charge.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

The hotel offers covered parking with fee with in & out privileges.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the property , and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $2000 USD penalty.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters are required to provide a government ID and sign a rental agreement prior to the stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
