Luxurious 2/2 CIty View Condo 1145 - Located at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach

As you step into this 1,305 Sq. Ft. two bedroom suite with a fully furnished balcony overlooking the Miami Skyline you immediately know luxury and nature have combined. Master bedroom has a nine foot long maple desk, in the living room you can enjoy lounging on the plush white organic sofa that also converts into a bed, a maple dining table leads to a master bedroom with a king-sized Keetsa mattress covered in 100% organic cotton sheets.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $150 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Lovely Stay

The property was beautiful and was a perfect location on Miami Beach. It is part of 1hotel so you are able to use all their accommodations as guests. The beach space for 1hotel was stunning and clean with food and drink service. The room itself was exceptionally clean and exactly how it shows on the photos. I will be recommending this property to friends and family who ever visit Miami Beach.

The overall experience was great. We didnt know we had to wash our own towels and the dryer kept stopping but when I contacted Joe he had hotel housekeeping bring us more. I wish we had extra items like toilet paper stored instead of having to ask for everything but it was a great place to stay.

This is a fabulous property

Super location. Extremely clean and well equipped. 5 star facilities and service. Would strongly recommend. The only negative is the water pressure is very low in the main bathroom and kitchen. Also the washing machine didn’t work. (not the end of the world)

Amazing Stay!

Loved our unit we stayed in. All amenities in the unit were greatly appreciated such as the washer/dryer which we used on our last day. Suite was clean and ready to check in when we got to the hotel. I will definitely used Vrbo and Five Star Luxury Travel again.

Wonderful, chic stay!

We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and the amenities are great - 3 pools, great restaurants, friendly staff. The residence was very spacious and accommodated our family of 4 adults and 1 infant perfectly. Bella was great and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this unit to anybody wanting a chic, comfortable stay in Miami.

Not 5* Service

We booked 3 rooms for a weekend through this company. 2 of which were cancelled months after booking due to "owner decided he did not want to rent & we no longer have access to this property". We were not told this until we called/texted/emailed multiple times to make sure all was confirmed. We were then put in a 2/2, but no oceanview as we booked. It was impossible to reach the company until calling the owners cell phone. We were also told that the valet parking was $35/night and we arrive to be told it is $45/night (turns out it was $48/night). The WiFi also didn't work the whole time. The staff at the residences lobby was extremely helpful and nice. Overall, the rooms, amenities, pool, restaurants, were very clean and nice, just beware that your reservation can be cancelled and isn't really "confirmed" until you check in.

Absolutely perfect vacation

From the minute we arrived, the service and amenities of this unit were absolutely unparalleled. 1hotel and homes is a dream destination in an ideal location right on the beach with stunning pools, views and architecture. The unit itself had more than enough space for 5 of us and came fully equipped with anything and everything we could ever need. The pictures were accurately representative of the beautiful condo our family enjoyed for the week. We would recommend 5 star and this unit to anybody looking for their dream vacation in Miami Beach. Thank you so much for a truly fabulous vacation!!!!
