Please note that the house has security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property, swimming pools and common areas. they remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler.

Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure.

Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.
