Pack and Play and cot provided in the unit for guests upon request for an additional fee

Common Spaces include a Dining Room and Living Room so guests can enjoy a Delicious Vacation meal and then can relax and choose from over 150 TV channels or use high speed Wifi while enjoying the Splendid View.

The apartment is equipped with full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, cutlery, dishwasher/dish soap, etc. Pure roast coffee machine, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, hair dryer, iron w/ iron board are all available.
Also provided are towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner and hand soap.

Icon Residences is in the center of of the Miami business district overlooking Miami Bay. Close to many different areas of the city such as Wynwood, Midtown, South beach, and Miami Art Design District, this apartment is convenient for guests wanting to explore the city.
Besides the property being surrounded by skyscrapers and mixed landscape, the neighborhood is occupied by delicious high rated restaurants, night life venues, relaxing local coffee shops, organic grocery stores and street family organic markets on weekends.

Other Details to Note

PLEASE NOTE:

Replacement fee for lost amenities card is $100 per card
Replacement fee for lost key and fob is $175.

DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. When you are checking out of the unit, please leave all Keys (2 Fobs and 3 Amenities Cards) on the Dinning Table. If you leave the key at the front desk they do not return it to us. It will count as a lost key + fob and you will be subject to a replacement fee charge of $175. Lost fob fee is $175. Lost key fee is $100.

The garbage disposal in the sink is checked after every check out. Please do not throw anything else than small pieces of soft food residue in the sink. Any hard residue found in the sink after a check out that causes a damage to the garbage disposal will result in a charge of $150.

READ RULES :

1) Management is asking our guests to collaborate in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all of us. As a reminder, the trash chute located on every floor must be used for everyday household trash. The trash bags must be properly sealed to avoid any leakage on the hallway carpet.

2) Pool & Gym - (maximum of 2 adult and 1-2 children allowed at the pool)

3) Dress Code - When entering and exiting the common areas of the Property, all Guests are required to adhere to proper dress code such as shirt, pants, and shoes.

4) Balconies - Please do not throw or drop off anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit at any time.
