Guest Access:

Parking is available at $24/night (Valet).

Self-parking spot (covered) is $100 (one time fee). (guest must have completed the condo's application)

2nd parking space is available at $100/month.



Guest will be asked to sign a rental agreement to submit it with the condo application. The application requires the personal information of the guest and is not collected by Stayplus. It is collected by the condominium association. The fee for the application is $200/person (must be paid outside of Airbnb)

Please keep in mind that this is a high-end condo building with security and private access to residences, therefore we cannot offer you accommodation without you completing the process.
