A colleague and I were visiting Miami for work and loved staying at Sikander`s place! We`ve had many bad experiences with AirBNB in the city before, and were pleasantly surprised by this cleanly and modern apartment. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all of the amenities listed and the apartment was walking distance from great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The street and neighborhood feels safe and vibrant. Would recommend!`

Regarding check-in and check-out times: our Airbnb operates similar to most Airbnbs and also follows standard hotel practices, with check-in in the afternoon (after 4 PM) and check-out in the morning (by 11 AM). This allows our cleaning team the necessary time to prepare the home properly for each guest. While we do offer early check-in when available, the $35/hour fee helps cover the added scheduling and staffing costs to make that accommodation possible.

Additional Rules:

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Treat this place as if it was your home.

It is strictly prohibited to dispose of any other items in the toilet, including

● Baby wipes or cleaning wipes
● Feminine hygiene products
● Any other type of paper or material

I as a host will be fined $300 if any of these items are flushed down the toilet so if anything like this occurs, the guest will be liable.
