The Space:

The main home features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms. The layout is perfect for gathering, cooking, and relaxing together. Both bathrooms are modern and stocked with essentials for your stay.



Just steps away from the main house is a stylish studio suite with its own entrance. It includes a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. Great for couples, in-laws, or anyone looking for more independence while staying with the group.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including: The main House, Private Studio with its own entrance, all outdoor areas, and driveway parking for your group.

There are no shared spaces — the full home and studio will be yours during your stay.

Check-in is simple with self check-in (keypad and lockbox).

You’ll have full privacy throughout your stay.

Located just one block from the beautiful Miami River, this home offers the perfect mix of tranquility and city convenience. The neighborhood has a laid-back, local feel while still keeping you close to everything Miami has to offer. You’ll find great cafes, restaurants, and riverside spots within walking distance perfect for morning coffee or sunset strolls. Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Little Havana are all just a short drive away, giving you easy access to nightlife, shopping, and cultural attractions without the noise of the main city streets.



Getting Around:

If you prefer to explore without a car, the neighborhood is very walkable and you’re just steps from the Miami River and close to local cafés, shops, and restaurants. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and usually arrive within minutes. For longer trips, Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Little Havana are all just a short drive away, and public transportation options like Metrobus and Metrorail are easily accessible from the area.

Please only use the keypad to lock and open the front door, do not lock the bottom lock on the front door.



Do not unplug any wires or extenders connected to the outlets, you will be charged a fee of $50.
