    The Space:

    This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence accommodates 4 adults plus 3 children (see house rules), making it well suited for extended stays, families, or guests who value space, light, and privacy.



    The main living and dining area unfolds along a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a bright, open atmosphere with uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. In one corner of the open-plan space, a dedicated workspace is thoughtfully positioned to take advantage of natural light — ideal for remote work without disrupting the flow of the living area.



    The layout continues seamlessly toward the large curved balcony, extending the living space outdoors and offering an elevated setting for morning coffee, work breaks, or relaxed evenings above the water.



    The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the open-plan layout and includes full-size appliances, generous counter space, and a large island with seating — practical for everyday cooking as well as longer stays.



    Both bedrooms are positioned to enjoy natural light and direct balcony access, and each is equipped with a TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed.



    The apartment includes two full bathrooms, finished in a clean, modern style with walk-in showers and thoughtful layouts that support group living. Storage is generous throughout the residence, including large closets and a walk-in closet suitable for longer visits.



    Defined by its scale, openness, and panoramic setting, this apartment is best suited for guests seeking space, light, and a calm bayfront base — just minutes from Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, and Miami Beach.



    Guest Access:

    The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.



    The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations and major venues — making it a practical base for exploring the city, attending large events, or simply relaxing and enjoying your stay.



    ✧ Wynwood (approx. 5–10 minutes)

    Miami’s arts district, known for street murals, creative spaces, restaurants, and bars.



    ✧ South Beach (approx. 15–20 minutes)

    Easily reached via the causeway, known for its beaches, Art Deco architecture, and Ocean Drive.

    Well connected from Edgewater via main roads and highways, offering straightforward access for guests attending major sporting events and concerts.



    ✧ Brickell City Centre (approx. 10–15 minutes)

    Getting Around:

    Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.



    PARKING :

    *** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

    *** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.

    *** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.



    Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.



    Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.



    Other Things to Note:

    BOOKING RULES

    After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.



    Must-Read Before Booking:

    ***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.

    ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

    OCCUPANCY RULES

    Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement



    NO SMOKING

    Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.



    CHECK-IN

    Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.



    CHECK-OUT

    Standard check-out time is 11 AM.



    LUGGAGE STORAGE

    Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan your arrival and departure times accordingly.



    MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT

    If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.



    LOST ITEMS

    We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

Lovely Stay

The property is spacious and very welcoming. It had everything we needed. We felt safe. The stores downstairs made our stay even more convenient. This is a nice place to stay.

The property and location was great! Beautiful views and within walking distance.My only suggestion is for guests arriving on the weekends with a vehicle the parking garage can be a bit of a hassle and the office to issue keys is only open M-F until 4:30.
