The Space:
This apartment is located in a small building with only 4 units. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals and dine at home. Location in a residential yet central location to enjoy Miami like a local. Our guests have access to the coin laundry and balcony space. This is a super quiet and small 4-plex, where you will meet other world travelers staying in the other 3 units.

Getting Around:
The free, public Miami Trolley transportation stops outside the building and by car you have immediate access to routes US-1, I-95, and I-195. South Beach is only a 15 minute car or Uber ride away. Miami International airport can be reached in 13 min. The apartment comes with 1 free parking on the premises.

Pet Fee is $100 - 1 time fee to hire a cleaning staff to deep clean home.

This was an amazing property to stay at in Miami during peak times and great location! Plus the property manager Victor was extremely communicative and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Victor was a great host. Check -in was easy and without issues. Victor responded very quickly to our messages. The request we made was provided without any hesitation. We loved the security features of the gated entry and inside doors. Location was absolutely perfect!!

We had an amazing experience at the Cozy and Clean 2/1 in West Brickell. The apartment was exactly as describedā€”spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds and great amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions in West Brickell. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back!

The property is beautiful. Owner was easy to communicate with. We had 4 adults the beds are listed in one room as double beds not two twin sized beds. That alone would have made us choose differently. There was only one wash cloth for 4 adults. There was a brown stain on the wall walking into the hallway. There was blood on the top of one of twin bed covers. The queen bed was stained all over when we stripped the bed apon leaving. We also found an eyelash in one of the twin beds and a floss toothpick in the other room and an earring between the chair and the couch. The couch is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture Iā€™ve ever sat on. The housekeeper was waiting outside our room 2 hours prior to check out ready to clean.

I booked this for a girls trip for four days. * The pros about our stay was: (1) the unit was clean when we got there, (2) the location was good because restaurants and tourist places were a decent 10-20 minutes drive, (3) the cleaning staff and manager's communication was reponsive (we had an issue with the gate malfunctioning which was resolved efficiently), (4) there was entertainment to rely on such as Netflix/cable, (5) the air conditioner worked extremely well, (6) there were enough beds for four people, and (7) the staff provided extra clean towels when asked for, (8) the kitchen was well equipped. * The cons are: (1) the showers water was barely hot/steamy when you turn the faucet handle all the way up, (2) the pillows were too flat and not soft enough Overall, we would definitely stay here for a next visit. Thank-you for having us!

Property is located close to Little Havana and other downtown Miami areas. Unit is very quiet (only four total units in the building) and surrounded by schools and parks. Easy off street parking. Unit owner was easy to communicate with and made the check in / check out process smooth. Would definitely stay in this unit when returning to Miami.

Our Little Condo Felt Like Home, We Were In Love. The Owner And His Assistant Were Very Helpful And Communicated Well When We Had Minor Issues With The Bedding. Would Definitely Recommend And Stay Here Again.

The property is in the middle of Little Havana. It was very safe and quiet. The neighborhood was unbelievably quiet. The property next door had multiple dogs and they didnā€™t bark all night like I expected. The property had plenty of items that made the apartment feel like home. Pictures are as described and the management team checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. When I come back to Miami I would definitely book again with this property. Thank you for the hospitality.
