Apartamento razoável, considerando South Beach
Não é hotel, são apartamentos mobiliados. Não há sala de recepção. Não possui estacionamento próprio, mas é oferecido (U$10/dia) cartão para estacionamento nas ruas próximas (Pra quem não sabe, praticamente não se consegue estacionar nas ruas de South Beach sem pagar). Não é tão perto da praia (cerca de 20 min à pé), mas é próximo ao boulevard da Lincoln Road.

This was the worst property I have EVER stayed in. We were a family of five adults and booked a two-bedroom that was supposed to sleep six with a sofa bed. The manager argued with me when I tried to get sheets and blankets from him for the sofa bed, then ended up giving me a bottom sheet that was too big, but I figured it was better than nothing. It was not until after 10 pm that we discovered that neither sofa actually was a sofa bed. Both were basically metal frames with fabric over them, that folded flat.I am talking ZERO padding, let alone a mattress. I got no sleep that night. The rest of the family said the bed mattresses were almost as terrible. Hotels.com refused to do anything for us and their rep was a total jerk to me too. We fled to a real hotel and still had to pay for our entire stay at this dump. My credit card company is working with me to fix this. Beware this hotel, and hotels.com. I’m so furious that I’m pulling the vacation rental property I own off VRBO, which is part of the same company.

Nos encanto la ubicación, no estuvimos durante el dia, llegabamos por la noche a dormir, todo muy bien, Joel nos apoyo asi como Vladimir, Sussan es la manager muy atenta, se debe de dejar limpio el apartamento, proporcionan lo necesario para la estadia. Recomiendo a proximos viajeros, nosotros regresaremos.

We stayed at this property from Oct 8th - Oct 19th 2023 as 3 adults and 1 child. The first night checking in was easy. The night attendant {forget his name} was very nice, friendly and Knowledgeable. The first condo he gave us was no good - it was TINY and looked nothing like the photos online..at first glance it wasn’t cleaned very well, the TV’s we’re not working and we were severely underwhelmed. To the point of asking what the policy is on cancellation for the remaining 11 nights! The night attendant graciously offered to move us to a better unit on the opposite side and this is where we resided for our entire Miami visit. This unit was bigger, clean, TV’s worked {satélite so sometimes the signal would be choppy} and WiFi was a hit/miss. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The beds were quite comfy, however the living room couch/sofa needs a desperate update as sitting on it just for a few hours in the evening would leave my back sore. My only other complaint would be a non-working Safe. Anyone can reset it by pushing the button on the back so it’s not really a safe. Other pros: No bugs! Condo was clean, & supplied enough towels and extra sheets to last us the entire stay. Kitchen was nicely supplied with dinnerware. Pool & chairs was lovely and the gated community was quiet. Cons: Intermittent Wifi & PARKING. You will have to pay $15-20 USD per day to park at the cheapest lot which is on Pennsylvania and 17th {10 min walk} or be prepared to pay $50 each day for closer.

The manager was helpful with signing in because it was after nine. The apartment was comfortable and the location is good. Very clean and quite resort.

The property is horrible, the stained sheets, the torn and stained towels.. broken mirrors, broken handlebars.. they do not take care of the property and misleading advertising because the photos show the largest pool and 10 people do not fit there, the rooms are large and they were super small .. like little hygiene and the parking lot is 7 blocks away La propiedad está horrible , las sábanas manchadas , las toallas rotas y manchadas .. espejos rotos, manubrio rotos.. no cuidan la propiedad y publicidad engañosa porque las fotos muestran la piscina más grande y ahí no caben 10 personas, las hab grandes y eran súper pequeñas .. al igual que poca higiene y el estacionamiento está a 7 cuadras

Great 2 nights stay. Pool area is lovely. Very close to Lincoln road mall. 10-15 min to beach cons are the noise. The outside gate slams back and It is very disrupting especially in the middle of the night. Noise from upper floors is easily heard from first apartment. Even though there is quiet time at 11pm, people come back at all hours of the night. A sign would be helpful to remind people to be quiet after 11pm.

Nice picture but very disappointed.
Very disappointed. Poorly marked and poorly lit. There was no front desk and no one on site. No where to temporarily park to unload baggage or check in. I had to call a 1-888 number to have someone come meet me to check in. There was told the only parking available was roughly 4 blocks away at a city garage at $20.00 per day. The second floor noise was very loud through the middle of the night with very loud music. Aside from all that, the fellow couldn't find my reservation and had to call another number to verify that I had a reservation.

Super recomendado para quedarse en Miami
Excelente lugar para quedarse en Miami, cerca de todo, caminando a la playa son 10 min., a pasos de lincoln rd. El depto amplio con cocina super equipada, camas cómodas y baño grande. El personal de administración y mantenimiento super amables y atentos a todo lo que necesitabamos. Solo como feedback medir el cloro en la piscina (estaba muy fuerte), y dejar algo para limpiar el baño; no contratamos el servicio de aseo ya que limpiamos nosotros pero no habia nada para limpiar y tuvimos que salir a comprar. Aparte de eso todo estuvo excelente y sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria a hospedarme aqui.

The place wasnt the best but it wasnt bad. Pro-I liked that we had a fridge stove microwave cookware to cook instead of always going out. Joel really responsive and didnt bother us about anything, some residents did stare a little much but that was about it. The area is close to the beach and a mall area to the left a few blocks down. Our room was spacious enough for 6 people and maybe a few more. Cons is no parking out front for renters(have to find pay to park lots), tv didnt work because the internet was too slow or nonexistent. Overall first impressions were not great but after staying for a week it was ok, major downfall was coming back and looking for parking lots that you had to pay for.

I think the property could be updated. They don't give any washcloths just towels. If you need more towels there's a charge. The tv in the master bedroom couldn't be turned off. The sofa was busting at the seams. The sheets were dingy. No on-site parking so we had to pay for parking daily approximately $20 or more a day depending on where you park. The property should be more up to date, clean and more amenities for the amount of money they charge.

The pool was nice and it was nice to have keypads on the doors so we didn’t have to worry about keys. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach and to ocean drive, where all the south beach bars and clubs are. If I vacationed in south beach again, I’d probably book something a little closer to that area

Bring or buy your bedding and towels!!!
The apt looked ok on the surface but the more you look around the more you find isn't right. I had a bedroom with a balcony that didn't lock. I complained and they took care of it by putting a chain lock on it. My bedding was horrible blood was all over it. I had to go purchase bedding and towels plus Lysol. After seeing bedding I wasn't comfortable and didn't trust it was safe due to coronavirus. Good location but owner management need to put money towards clean bedding and towels. To assure the safety of your paying customers invest in the bedding and towels.

Pro: great for the price we paid good location Cons: has to walk 3 blocks every night because there is no parking for guest and paid $15.00 to $20.00. I received all these rules about quiet hours and people were doing whatever thaey wanted to do at all hours of the night, this is a great place if you like to party and your young but not a good place to bring your family. Not customer or family friendly we had to buy our own wash cloths and was told they only provide 1 each person no matter how long you stay.. I will not be returning he and wouldn't recommend it either

The rooms look nothing like the pictures!! The sink in the bathroom was stopped up. It had a dirty shower curtain. It was someone’s else swimsuit coverup made up in the bed sheets. This property is NOTHING like the pictures!!! Don’t waste your money staying here.
