At the top floor; you will find the master bedroom with a private bath, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering an amazing view of the ocean.
Work your way down the stairs as if you're diving into the deep blue sea, and discover the cozy living room with plenty of seating.
Sharing the same open space as the living area, you will find a dining table and chairs adjacent to a full kitchen in which you can comfortably prepare your own meals. Step outside and enjoy the ocean breeze on your patio with furniture for dining al fresco. From the patio, you can walk straight to the beach!

Great place! Reviews are accurate

We had a great time! I had fairly low expectations given the other reviews. Checkin was terrible, property was run down, but overall it was fine. we were there for the beach and beach access, which was awesome! There were Beach towels, 2 nice beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas

I donā€™t know how this property had a rating of 8 at the time I booked. Dead bugs all over the floor, stained sheets, WiFi didnā€™t work (connected but didnā€™t work), horrible people check-in process (15 people in line with one ā€œsecurty guardā€ doing check in). The security guard was angry before you even approached her. She was this way with me and the dozens of others she interacted with while I was waiting to check in. You walk into a lobby with security monitors all over the front desk which actually gives an impression of an unsafe environment. I messaged vrbo, the host, and called within 10 minutes of check in about how dirty things were and have gotten no response from anyone. Please believe the other bad reviews. This place is awful. We left the property within 20 minutes and stayed elsewhere, with no refund, which made for a very stressful day.

Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs dƩƧus Ć  notre arrivĆ©e, le logement est en mauvais Ć©tat car ancien et non rĆ©novĆ©. Mur abĆ®mĆ© avec plinthes cassĆ©es. Mobilier abĆ®mĆ©. Vaisselle manquante, 1 cuillĆØre pour 5, 4 fourchettes et 3 couteauxā€¦ le logement Ć©tait louĆ© pour 5 et il manquait les draps pour le 5 eme couchage. Chaises de plage cassĆ©esā€¦ Les photos de lā€™annonce ne reflĆØtent pas la rĆ©alitĆ© du logement. Dommage car la vue sur la plage est superbe et si le logement Ć©tait rafraĆ®chi il serait trĆØs agrĆ©able. Pour le prix trĆØs dƩƧue !!!

The property was exactly as listed. Itā€™s on a quiet part of the beach and the beach is extremely well-maintained. Access to the beach from the townhouse was easy. I would stay there again anytime.

Outdated building but the best location

The building and the unit is very outdated. It had everything you needed for a stay but it was dirty and falling apart. The location was great with kids, direct access to the beach. There is only a small convenience store inside the building and nothing around the area. We ordered groceries from the Whole Foods. Because there are not many places to eat and with kids it was just easier to cook.

This property has excellent beach and Miami Boardwalk access. The property was not clean there were cigar ends and beer bottle caps all over the porch. The furnishings were torn up. The dresser drawers fall out and are peeling. The refrigerator was dirty. There are no plugs for tub or sink. There is no can opener in kitchen. The property is pet free however the adjoining town houses are not resulting in constant barking. Noise level was high constantly from partying neighbors and screaming people in the middle of the night. Valet parking was congested took long waits and was dangerous at times with patrons arrguing and security not addressing them. Over all the property was worn down and not adequately furnished but does have convenient access.

We had some issues with the upstairs bathroom and due to cell signal it was hard to get ahold of anyone. Valet parking was a pain especially if you just wanted to run in to grab something. Property is aged a bit but the location made up for it

Right on the walking path and beach front. absolutely beautiful! it's ground level so getting to the beach is as simple as opening the back door. The floor was kind of wet or sticky when we first got there and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint but we chose this location for the BEACH and it delivered what we were looking for.

STARTED IN THIS PLACE BUT MOVED TO ANOTHER

-check in was not easy- there were steps up and down to get to our room and we had to manage the luggage cart on our own. -the woman in the lobby that checked us in was having a bad day or something- you couldn't get a smile out of her for nothing. -there was terrible banging, drilling, and hammering all day- When we called the number for the apartment to complain, they switched us to a different apt a few buildings away, didn't charge us extra, and even sent someone to help us with our stuff. So the bad review does NOT reflect on the management group AT ALL- but we did lose a lot of time with all the moving.

The location was very nice, the beach was very beautiful, but the house wasnā€™t in very good condition. Though it was clean, it was old and things were either broken or falling apart. If she had put more money into it or renovated the house we would have given it a 5/5

Awesome location

This property has a great location, right on the Atlantic Ocean. We were here with our 6 and 10 year old grandboys and they had a blast. The owners did an extra cleaning job and Vanessa and Natalie were very easy to communicate with before and after our stay. We all enjoyed our three day stay. Looking forward to possibly coming again.

Our stay was perfect.

Check in was easy. Although there were lines. Be sure to bring cash to tip valet. The townhouse was better in persons. The view and sunrise were perfect from the upstairs bedroom. We are a family of 5 and this townhouse accommodated us perfectly. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio listening to the ocean and grilling some steaks. Only suggestion is maybe replace a patio chair. Other than that. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Not very clean

The bathtubs were covered in other people's hair, there was mold in both bathrooms on the ceiling, walls, doors, trim, and cupboards were filthy to the point it made me want to bleach everything before allowing my kids to touch. There were roaches downstairs. The back patio needs to be weeded and kept up. Check in was not enjoyable and they were very short and rude. The only plus to this property was location and being able to walk right out to the beach. Around the steps when you walk off of your patio is also covered in trash. We even had a stinky dead bird right by the steps. We just tried to make the best of the situation we were in. I made no complaints while there as it would have been useless because the staff was very rude and dismissive anytime you would ask a question. The sad part was the other townhouses next to the one we were staying in from what we could see looked way better.

Sunrise!!!!

This location was amazing I watched the sun rise each morning from the most comfy bed ever! Seriously I could have spend my entire vacation there!!! The property is as it appears in the current pictures and the entire checkin process was effortless for a relaxing stay.
