Wildlife
+ During your stay, you might spot some of our local wildlife! Lizards, such as Green and Brown Anoles or even a Green Iguana, are often seen enjoying the sunshine. You may also notice raccoons in the evening, as they’re part of our nocturnal neighborhood visitors. Please remember to keep the door closed to avoid lizards from coming inside the house

+Welcome to Miami! Here, the warm weather brings a variety of bugs, from butterflies and dragonflies to the occasional mosquito. They're all part of the local ecosystem, so don’t be alarmed! Just keep the doors closed to prevent any unexpected visitors from joining your stay.

+Just a quick heads-up! At the back of the garden, there’s an RV where the homeowner stays from time to time. If you happen to see someone passing by, don’t be surprised, feel free to say hi! The RV has its own separate entrance, and while the owner may access the backyard through a gate that doesn’t connect to the house, your space remains completely private. Occasionally, he may also use the laundry room, which is located outside the house.
