This review is full of lies and under VRBO investigation. VRBO close the case after only…2 days! Most important part was…it was closed in our favor! We have the proof by writing from Vanessa Lim from the Health and Safety department mentioned in the guest review. After we provided all the proves. The best example is, we have plenty of 5 stars reviews for a general mark of 4.9 stars…almost perfect ranking. All the reviews compliment us at the quality of the apartment, the accuracy of the place, the location, the quality of the cleaning and the great service. Easy to check you just need to read the previous reviews. The last one was the guest just before this booking. And guess what? We got a 5 stars and a positive review. Who is lying now? Loool…FYI, this guest, once VRBO ends the investigation, will be sued. P.S: The interesting is that this guest tried to cancel only a few days before the door and ask for a full refund while they not illegible for more than 50% due to the last minute cancellation. They lied about the reason of their cancellation but ask all the same for a full refund. When it was clear for them that they could not be fully refunded…all of a sudden they were able to come to Miami finally (we have everything by writing and checked by VRBO). And what happened after that? Oohhh miracle! We are bad host and have a 1 stars while so far we have only 5 stars and a almost perfect ranking and only compliments about the apartment and our service!…pretty funny isn’t it? FYI, this client tried to cancel in last minute and ask for a full refund while she was not eligible for it. Then, she tried to cancel during the stay because of this “issue” and now she wrote this review full of lies while we won the case with VRBO (we have the writing proof)…it sounds a lot like a coward revenge from a dishonest person, isn’t it?

Hello, There is a box full of extra bulbs in the closet in case some of them need to be changed during the stay. We are glad you really enjoyed your stay in Miami and spent a great time in our apartement.

We have literally 3 pair of sheets than we change one after one after each booking. We buy new ones every 4 to 6 months if needed. We guarantee that they are perfectly clean like the rest of the apartment.

The apartment was and is always perfectly clean. That is why we have ONLY compliments and 5 stars about the cleaning. We really do not understand this unnecessary comment. Since the guest never mentioned anything about it and told us they will rent our place again if they come back to Miami.

This guest is a liar and a racist. The best example is that we got only 5 stars so far and especially regarding our professionalism and quality of our service. This guest reproached us the noise of a construction in a another building, not from our unit…when we explained to him that we could not do anything about it because it was not coming from us or even from our building. He replied to us aggressively that we should have let him know anyway. While we had absolutely no possibility to know it ourself since, of course, an owner from another building is not going to let all his neighbors know that construction will be done for a couple of hours on a specific day. It is also interesting to notice that this guest wrote us racist message, full of discrimination. To sump up, he said that if we are not American (while we are lol), we have no right to tell him anything because he is himself a “real” American. And it is his country, not ours. He also reproached us for not having a perfect English…because we forgot “one word” in a sentence. While we speak 4 languages and he barely speaks one himself. By the way, he had the right code (otherwise why no other guest never complained about it?), we also gave him an early check in for free and he did not thanks for it, that he asked for calling us to get advice from us about vacation rental and how to manage a property because he was impressed by how we decorated our place, how we manage it, and how good was all the process and service. The funny part is, we have all the proof by writing. And why because this guy, literally texted us many times a day, every day, about everything. Even the most insignifiant things. But he forgot to say that we replied to him all the time, even at night, about everything! He also forgot to mentioned that we gave him a late check out for free. Because as he said, he “forgot” the check out time. While it is clearly indicated on the website, and while we sent him a message the day before to remind him the exact time too, as we do all the time. And at this end, he left 3 hours after the check out time, while we gave him an extra hour and not 3. Our clean lady had to wait outside the apt because he was still there. He also asked for an extra night while he was not able to pay for it. Gave him a dead line to do it, and it did not respect it. Having him calling us at 6am to force us to accept it. Pretty weird to ask for an extra night if our service was so bad, isn’t it?

Hello Sir, Thanks for confirming that your mark as nothing to do with the apartment and our service. Our excellent reviews and 5 stars since we started are there to prove it. Removing two stars for something that we are not responsible for, only show the kind of person you are. If the parking valet of a restaurant is not efficient, then you do not give 3 stars to the food if this one is great...just saying! But it is fine. Everybody does not have good education and the ability to respect the great work and service provided by others. Plus, you never complained about this "issue" during your stay, neither after actually. If you had let us know about your medical issue. Then, we would have switched you in another apartment we have on the 1st floor. But no, you preferred acted like a little person by doing this unnecessary comment full of lies behind our back. Because first, it is absolutely not true. The elevator was not out of service for 5 months. Then, the elevator is actually perfectly working for almost 3 weeks now. It is not our fault if the repairs took 2 extra weeks to be completed. It was supposed to work before your arrival. Finally, this information was perfectly indicated on the website.
