Poor Flip Subpar Experience
Overall we had a very subpar experience at this rental. The host was very nice and responsive the whole time but the living situation was poor. For paying $500 for one night, I don’t see a good value staying here. The place looked like it was flipped in a week’s time. The doors have light coming in, the showers / closets were dirty, the beds were barely lifted off the ground. Only booked one night because I was staying late after a concert at the stadium. The listing says it sleeps 8 but there is 1 set of bunk beds, a queen and a full so to me that would be max of 6. I found the property to be dirty. In each bathroom there was beard / pubic hair at the sink and shower. I asked if I could do an earlier check in with the host and he responded as long as the cleaner had enough time because he wouldn’t want to sacrifice the cleanliness of the place and I still found it dirty. The water from faucet in the shower is pitiful. It has two streams of water that either shoot out or gently dampen your head. Overall not unlivable but definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
