The property while in a descent area, is nothing like the photos. The room is filthy, missing light bulbs, bathroom door doesnāt close, broken chairs on the patio. The owner made recommendations to not rent a car because Everything is in walking distance and nothing is. He bypassed the check in process and we had no access to the pool or gym. We found out from the building/ hotel, that he is to check us in to the building to gain access to the facilities and parking and instead the owner recommend not renting a car because he was hoping to bypass the process all together. They informed us that the owner knows better and that they would be contacting him. When contacted him about the issues but he only made promises that our next stay, he would make sure we stayed at the Hilton and blamed the pandemic for the poor quality of the room. We made the best of it, after all it was paid for but will never stay with this owner again and highly recommend you looking Elsewhere!
