HOTEL-STYLE BEDDING
King setups join two twin frames under a memory-foam topper and a king fitted mattress cover. Every guest gets their own down comforter in a freshly washed duvet cover (European style, no top sheet) and 2 pillows. High thread count bed and bath linen.


LIVING, DINING AND KITCHEN
The combined living and dining room has sofas, a 75-inch Smart TV and a dining table. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and wine and champagne glasses.



THE LOCATION
Walk to the beach, the Ocean Drive boardwalk, Espanola Way, Lincoln Road, restaurants and nightlife. Tennis and pickleball courts with free racquets, a free public outdoor gym on the beach, and discounted golf are nearby.



OPTIONAL NEARBY ROOFTOP POOL
The Rooftop at Tiffany, about a 2 minute walk away, sells heated pool day passes from about $25 per person, subject to availability. The pool is independently operated and is not part of the rental.


GOOD TO KNOW
• City-facing unit on one of the higher floors, away from street noise. No ocean view and no balcony. The beach is directly across the street.
• There is a restaurant on the ground floor, and Ocean Drive is lively on weekends and event dates.
• Parking is not included. Metered street parking is outside and a public garage is about 1 block away.
• No pets. No smoking. No parties. A visitor and occupancy agreement is signed after booking.
• Check-in after 5:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM.
