Secured garage parking is available on site for a nightly fee, subject to availability and arranged in advance — an EV charger is available. Luggage drop-off is allowed if you arrive before check-in. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM; access details are sent after the rental agreement and check-in form are completed.



The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour on West Ave — one of the most walkable, local-feeling corners of South Beach. Lincoln Road and the Sunset Harbour shops are about a 5-minute walk, so most days you won't need a car, and South Beach is roughly a 10-minute walk east to the sand. For food, neighborhood favorites are close: Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza and Sardinia for Italian. Coffee lovers have Panther Coffee and Pura Vida nearby, and both Trader Joe's and Fresh Market are a walk away on West Ave for stocking the kitchen. Beyond the immediate blocks, Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the wider Miami Beach scene are an easy ride away.



Getting Around:

This is a walk-first location — Lincoln Road, the Sunset Harbour shops, grocery and coffee are all a few minutes on foot, and South Beach is about a 10-minute walk east. A car isn't needed to enjoy the neighborhood, but if you drive, secured garage parking is available on site for a nightly fee, with an EV charger and elevator access. Rideshares are plentiful throughout Miami Beach, and the mainland and airport are a straightforward drive.
