Hotéis perto de Miami Beach QLD

"Quarto sujo de areia. Barulhento. Recepção fecha e ninguém cuida da barulheira. Mas o pior foi receber uma mensagem dizendo termos quebrado um abajur. Mentida total. Nem encostamos nele. Agora pouco não satisfeito enviaram uma mensagem nos acusando de termos quebrado uma cadeira de piscina em um horário que estávamos no quarto prontos para dormir. Muito insatisfeito com a falta de educação e em receber essas acusações . Agora quero as imagens pois esse hotel não poderia nunca me acusar sem...

"Burleigh Palms was a very friendly and comfortable place to stay, very close to the beach, espionage and shops. We loved the community feel of the local area. Our hosts were always happy to help whenever we needed anything. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The room fans and air con were brilliant during hot evenings. There were lots to do in the local area as well as easy access to other areas of the Gold Coast. Thanks Burleigh Palms for a memorable...

"First of all, the lack of lifts is terrible when you've got to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The stairways are so dirty and smells of dampness. The smell that hit us when we walked into our apartment nearly made me sick. Everything is outdated or broken. Our sliding door onto the terrace was broken, we couldn't even shut it all the way and lock it which is a security concern. The aircon was broken, couldn't even swing. The tap in one of the bathrooms was broken and sprayed us...

"Apartamento bem grande e confortável , hotel com garagem gratuita e bem perto da praia, internet com boa velocidade e terraço no apartamento. Região bem servida de restaurantes e um supermercado bem proximo"

"Unhappy that we are still waiting for our $100 security deposit despite leaving the room in a clean and tidy state. Many tiled surfaces were dangerous in the wet conditions that we experienced over the week we stayed. There was quite a musty smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodoriser. One positive remark is that staff placed us in o lower level unit when asked that made wheelchair access a bit easier, unfortunately though, access to the road was not possible due to a number of...

"Excellent for a quick visit!"

"Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around and dirty, smelly bedsheets. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathtub was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and the lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene, working facilities, and respectful customer service are the minimum...
