"O Hotel é super bem localizado em South Beach, atendimento excelente com uma equipe bem simpática. Bicicletas gratuitas para hóspedes e espreguiçadeiras de praia inclusas na diária. Fernando nos atendeu super bem. O hotel oferece espumante no final da tarde para os hóspedes e café e água no saguão. Ótimos lençóis, banheiro com box, bom espaço no quarto com café de cápsula gratuito para o hóspede. Amei, vamos voltar com certeza! "

"Came in town with my family for my med school graduation and we made a great weekend out of it. After reading previous reviews the main complaint was about towels and minor supplies. There is a Publix like a mile down the road if you plan on staying a few days just stop there and you are good. When I checked in the reservation wasn’t on the computer but i called the host and they responded immediately. The issue was fixed right there and it wasn’t a big deal at all. "So originally we booked a 2 queen beds suite but the A/C wasn't working in that room. Prop. Manager was able to switch us to another room that had a King bed and sleeper sofa which worked fine. Bathroom doors were kind of broken though. Keep in mind that this hotel is literally right next to a night club so it can get loud. Appreciated the complimentary ear plugs."

"A small one bedroom apartment and a 300 cleaning fee and things like that kind of kind of a rip off!Person checking in was very nice, but you have to watch very carefully because you can’t get in till five and you have to leave by 11 which is in the Fein print and really screwed us up as well although they did get us in a little earlier.I don’t like it when it’s misleading and they really rip you off what’s happening in this case."
