Mini Mod Cabin House Rules

Check-Out Instructions:

1. Wash & load all dishes.
2. Place all used towels on the floor in the dining room.
3. Lock all windows, doors, and gates.
4. Turn grill propane tank off.
5. Place hot tub in “SL” (Sleep) mode.
6. Dispose of trash in the designated black bear-proof bin.

Hot Tub Rules:

Rinse off before entering.
No food, pets, or glass allowed in the hot tub.
Follow instructions on side to turn hot tub to “St” (Standard) to heat or “SL” (Sleep) when not in use.
Hot tub is on 220v and heats quickly.
A $200 fee will be charged if hot tub is unusable.
Use is at guest's own risk. By using the hot tub, you accept all liability.

Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors.Parties or excessive noise will result in additional fees.

Septic System
Only flush toilet paper.
No food, grease, wipes, or hygiene products down any drains.

Pets & Waste
$80 pet fee per stay (1 pet max).
No pets in the beds, The host is allergic.
All pet waste must be properly bagged and disposed of.

Smoking & Fire Safety
Smoking is allowed only on the concrete pad.
Use provided ashtray. No open flames or outdoor fires due to wildfire risk.

Shoes
Please do not wear shoes inside the cabin.

Outdoor Grill
Clean after use and return items to original locations.
Turn off the propane tank after use. (Guest can refill the tank at the Mi Wuk Market at cost)

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
Check-out: 11:00 AM or earlier
Late check-outs must be approved. After 2 hours, the full daily rate + fees may apply.


Snow Season Notice: Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the cabin during winter months. We do not provide snow removal. Please plan accordingly by checking weather conditions and ensuring your vehicle is equipped with snow chains or 4WD/AWD as needed. No refunds will be given for inability to access the cabin due to snow.
