"The manager I spoke with was very kind, respectful, and professional. Expedia informed me that I could check out before 8:26 p.m., and I have screenshots and other evidence to support this. However, my experience the next morning was completely different. A woman came to my room, knocked loudly on the door, and repeatedly shouted, “Open!” When I opened the door, she immediately said, You have to leave now. The guy is coming to clean the room. I understood that I needed to check out before 2:00...

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist samt Küche gut ausgestattet. Kochen ist kein Problem. Cons: Der Kühlschrank war aufgrund hoher Temperaturen schnell an seiner Grenze angekommen."

"Wonderful apartment, very cute and quiet village. Very clean, comfortable, safe. Communication excellent. I recommend you have a rental car. I didn't and it is a 15-min/ 1km hike up from the very reliable and inexpensive ferry and train. It took me (not young and used to the US suburbs) a day to get acclimatized to this - it is an alpine village. The town of Lierna and this apartment are perfectly suited to day hikers. "

Le seul bémol est que la cuisine est équipée minimalement. Accueil de Giulia chaleureux et aidant. On a adoré notre séjour!"

"Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol."
