Charming single-story villa of 110m² accommodating 6 people – garden with a 7m x 3.5m swimming pool in a very quiet residential area near Lake Sesquier. 1.5 km from the town center of Mèze, with its port, restaurants, and beaches, accessible by cycle paths. The house features a living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm). Bed linen and towels are provided. Amenities: WIFI, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, gas barbecue and griddle, and ping-pong table available – parking space + Green'up charging point for electric vehicles (extra charge applies). Rules: No pets allowed - No smoking - No parties allowed. 3 supermarkets nearby (LIDL – Carrefour Market – Intermarché). Market 2 days a week (Thursday and Sunday). Numerous activities around the port throughout the summer with a ferry to Sète. Night market every Thursday.
