Guest Access:

You can access the elevator without any problem, with up to 3 people at a time. The parking spot marked with the number 502 is the only one available — we have just one parking space.



Other Things to Note:

*Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We'll provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods of the city.



Additionally, we’ll be available for anything our guests might need :). Our online hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM.
