I messaged the host twice before my arrival to request the check in information because they hadn’t sent it. They finally sent it just a couple hours before I arrived and I didn’t get it until I arrived to check in and security asked me for the access codes. The location was great and central, walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The security and attendants in the lobby were always pleasant to interact with. The building and condo itself were nice but the room needs a major clean. So much dust and dirt in the room and bathroom, the floors are disgustingly dirty, my feet were dirty coming out of the shower and white socks turned black. Hair found on the bed and in other areas, also was blood on a pillow case. This is disgusting and appalling.
