This property allows guest arrivals between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM only, following condominium policies. Entry is not permitted after 6:00 PM, and late check-ins cannot be accommodated. If you arrive after this time, access will only be possible the following day, and no refunds will be issued as this policy is communicated in advance.

Guest registration is required at least 24 hours before check-in. (Further details will be sent via email after your reservation is confirmed.)

IMPORTANT: Upon arrival, all guests must register with security personnel. Each guest must present a valid government-issued ID or passport, which will be held securely by security staff for the duration of the stay and returned upon checkout.
