"We booked a room for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids with 13 and 15 years old. When we arrived at the room the sofa bad was so short that only a 5 year old child could fit in it. Our Kids were with most of their legs outside the sofa bed, although in the reservation it says it is a couple sofa bed. We tried to speak to the management who did not offer much solution, thw only one being put pillows at the end of the sofa bed so the legs would not hang loss. A terrible experience, and besides that they were denying tht despite breakfast being included our kids could not eat unless we paid for them. We you are a family do not go to this hotel, I booked the hotel for 4 and it looks as if they only serve 2 people."
