"The property is well-maintained with plenty of yard games to keep the kids entertained. The pool is clean, heated, and there are several grills right alongside it — great for barbecuing while you swim.
We travel with our dog, and this place goes above and beyond for pet owners — they even provide a goodie bag for pets at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Location-wise, it's very convenient if you're visiting the Lake Chelan area. Staff members Heather and Matt were extremely helpful...

"Arrived to discover the entire town would be without water starting at 7:00 a.m. the morning after we checked in. The information was written on a small piece of paper at the front desk. We were not verbally advised of this change by the receptionist. Once discussed it was a kind of a shoulder shrug from the front desk and that was it! This meant that we could not enjoy our stay at all. The hot tub is a bit of a joke and you had to reserve time (limited to 30 minutes). No elevator and no offer...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room only had a night stand on one side of the bed, it would have been nice to have one on both sides.
