Was situated in another room but just taking my shoes off to get to shower my feet were extremely dirty from walking on unclean floor and there was water leaking from moldy leak in ceiling"

"The staff was great very patient and understanding. I thought check in time was at 11am but it was at 3pm. He was checking the status of the rooms for us. He offered us to stay until they were ready. We ended up going to a nearby mall. The rooms were spotless and smelled nice. There was a nice note left for us as well. "Loved this hotel! Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was best we have had that was included. The afternoon/evening apps could have been considered more of a dinner they were so good. And the free "happy hour" drinks were much appreciated! Will be back!"

"Extremely noisy bedroom. I could not sleep at all between the noise in the street and i literally could hear other rooms conversations. Very disapointed about it. I wont stay there again."

"We stayed there for one night when we visited San Antonio. The staff was real nice. The room was fairly clean although it had a slight odor probably because of the AC. Breakfast contained boiled eggs, bagels, donuts and cereals, so was quite filling. Downtown San Antonio was less than half an hour so we could visit the Tower of the Americas at night without any problems and then came back by midnight to rest. Overall, would recommend the place for family stay. Not a high end hotel but definitely...
