Cori and Flo warmly welcome you to their 55 m² apartment in Tieringen on the Swabian Alb, offering space for up to three guests. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa for an additional guest. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a large fridge with freezer. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, hairdryer, as well as complimentary coffee, spices, and cleaning supplies. The colorful décor creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.



Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with a cozy outdoor lounge. The property is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by forest, meadows, and apple trees in a peaceful neighborhood. Larger towns such as Balingen, Albstadt, or Meßstetten can be reached by car in just 10 to 20 minutes. Whether you prefer city strolls, cultural outings, or a cozy café, everything is easily accessible, while you still enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.



The hosts live on the property but not in your accommodation. The village, with about 1,000 residents, offers a local shop open daily from 5 am to 11 pm. Nearby, you'll find a reservoir (5 km away), premium hiking trails, mountain bike and cycling routes, a castle, wildlife park, alpaca walks, escape rooms, museums, regional markets, and local food producers.



Public transport is available. An EV charging station is available on request and for an extra fee. Smoking is only allowed outside; the interior is non-smoking. Events are not permitted.
